Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every corner of your cozy home. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply contact us through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We promise to make things right — your comfort is what we're all about.
