Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hearth & Glow -- flameless LED candles and cozy home goods. All the glow, none of the flame.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@hearth-and-glow.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the return process. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@hearth-and-glow.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
